Description
Peristaltic pump based on the Ring Pump principle for pumping various fluids depending on the tubes material in different flow rate ranges.
Significant extension of service intervals due to gentle pump system and durable hose. (see Ring-Pump System)
This peristaltic pump series is a dual type pump with two tubes and two rotors inside.
The pump uses tubing with an inner diameter of 4 mm and an outer diameter of 8 mm (wall thickness 2 mm). Compared to the 1.5 mm wall thickness tubing used in our other pumps with similar or higher flow rates, the thicker wall provides greater resilience when compressed, which improves suction performance - typically a weak point of peristaltic pumps.
The stepper motor drive allows for a wide adjustable flow rate range from 0.8 to 700 mL/min.
The dual-type design helps reduce discharge flow pulsation compared to single-head pumps.

Stepper motor driver board BD202412-S
- This stepper motor driver is used to connect the motor and the power supply, and to control the motor via external control signals.
- A separate control device is required to send the control signals.
- A 24 V DC, 2 A power supply is needed.
