Description
2/2-ways and 3/2-ways diaphragm isolation solenoid valves with fluid separation and optimized pumping volume.
This series has been specially developed for sensitive analysis applications and is characterised by an optimised pumping volume. The pumping volume values for this valve series are a hundred times lower than for standard valves.
