The YZ Series peristaltic pump heads stand for reliable transfer of high volume flow rates, combined with easy handling and high chemical resistance. Designed for demanding applications in laboratory, industrial, and OEM systems, these pump heads are suitable for a wide variety of media and process requirements.

Robust PESU or PPS housing materials ensure excellent chemical resistance, while the optional 3‑ or 6‑roller configuration allows targeted adjustment of pulsation. The integrated stainless steel rotor provides stable, long‑term operation and increased reliability in continuous use. The maximum flow rate is up to 2200 mL/min.

A particular advantage of the YZ2515X version is the increased tubing wall thickness of 2.4 mm. This results in longer tubing service life, improved pressure stability, and reduced material fatigue—especially in continuous operation or when pumping demanding media. As a result, the YZ2515X version is especially well suited for applications with higher mechanical demands and increased service‑life requirements.
