The DG Series multi‑channel peristaltic pump heads are specifically designed for applications with low flow rates and a high demand for parallel pumping. With up to 24 channels, they enable a compact and efficient implementation of multi‑channel dosing, transfer, and analytical processes. A key feature of the DG Series is the adjustable occlusion, which allows reliable adaptation to different tubing wall thicknesses. This makes it possible to use various tubing types safely without compromising pumping accuracy or tubing service life.

For applications requiring reduced pulsation and greater uniformity, a choice is available between 6‑roller and 10‑roller pump heads. The maximum flow rates are:

• up to 48 mL/min with the 6‑roller version
• up to 32 mL/min with the 10‑roller version, offering further reduced pulsation
