Color‑coded operating modes for maximum clarity
All models in the GD series feature a clear, easy‑to‑read display with three distinctly color‑coded operating modes:
- Continuous mode (blue) for uniform, continuous flow
- Time mode (purple) for time‑based, repeatable dosing
- Volume mode / dispensing mode (yellow) for precise, volume‑based filling

Optional closed‑loop flow control with flow meter
With the optionally available flow meter, the GD series can be expanded to include closed‑loop flow control. In this mode, the actual volumetric flow rate is continuously measured and automatically compared with the setpoint. Deviations—for example caused by tubing aging, changes in the medium, or pressure fluctuations—are corrected in real time.
This enables exceptionally stable and consistent flow delivery, particularly for long‑term and continuous applications. Closed‑loop control is therefore ideal for processes where constant flow, high reproducibility, and minimal deviation are critical—such as in continuous reactors, automated filling lines, or long‑duration experimental runs.

The GD200‑1C expands the GD series with a compact dispensing pump that supports up to four pump heads. It is particularly well suited for applications requiring multi‑channel dosing, space‑saving integration, and a high level of process reliability. Despite its compact design, it offers the same intelligent features as the other models, including color‑coded operating modes, closed‑loop control, voice control, and log functions.
