Description
The intelligent peristaltic pump was developed for demanding applications in laboratory environments and small‑batch production, combining high performance with intuitive, modern operation. The core of the control system is a 7‑inch touchscreen with a graphical user interface, enabling clear and convenient parameter setting.
The pump operates with adjustable speed ranges from 0.1–100 rpm, with optional operation up to 300 rpm or 600 rpm. The speed resolution is 0.1 rpm at speeds below 100 rpm and 1 rpm at speeds of 100 rpm and above, allowing flow rates to be set precisely and reproducibly. The supported flow range extends from 0.15 µL/min to 3000 mL/min.
For complex pumping and transfer tasks, multiple function modules and intelligent algorithms are available, providing flexible adaptation to a wide variety of applications.
The pump offers extensive control and communication options. It can be operated via touchscreen, footswitch, analog signals, or RS485 communication. For easy system integration, several interfaces are available, including USB, RJ11, and DB9.
The pump is compatible with a wide range of proven pump heads.

- 8 logic control modules: direction, delay, event trigger，status output, pause, jump, loop, stop
- Each running control module can be used independently for simple routine application
- Configure multi-step program with multiple modules for complex application
