Description
With highly precise speed control and a resolution of 0.01 rpm, the system offers a turndown ratio of up to 10,000:1, enabling extremely fine and reproducible adjustment of flow rates. The integrated flow calibration function supports a high level of process reliability and accuracy, even at very low volume flows.
The supported flow range extends from 0.00015 mL/min to 500 mL/min, covering a wide range of applications. Depending on the pump head, up to 8 channels are possible, facilitating the parallel transfer of multiple media.
For system integration, a broad range of external control options is available, including start/stop and direction control via switching signals, as well as speed control via 0–5 V, 0–10 V, 4–20 mA, or 0–10 kHz (optional via a unified interface). In addition, the system supports communication control via RS485 using the Modbus protocol. Communication parameters such as address, baud rate, parity, and stop bits can be conveniently configured via the keypad, allowing flexible integration into higher‑level control and automation systems.
