Description

The dPOFLEX® PFH Series comprises high‑precision peristaltic pump heads for accurate dosing applications in laboratory, biopharma, diagnostics, and industrial automation. The series covers both micro‑volume dosing and medium‑volume dosing, making it ideally suited for reproducible dosing processes with high accuracy.

A key feature of the PFH Series is the dual‑channel phase compensation, which enables a significant reduction in pulsation. This ensures smooth and uniform flow and achieves dosing accuracy better than ±1%, even at very small dosing volumes.

All pump heads in the PFH Series feature an anodized aluminum housing, providing excellent corrosion protection and being designed for continuous operation.

PFH01 – High‑precision dosing from 30 µL

The PFH01 pump head is specifically designed for high‑precision dosing of very small volumes. It enables:

precise dosing from as little as 30 µL with ±1% accuracy
very low pulsation
maximum flow rates of up to 159 mL/min

Thanks to its compact design, the PFH01 is suitable both for stand‑alone benchtop dosing systems and for integration into semi‑automatic or fully automated systems.

PFH02 – High‑precision dosing in the medium‑volume range

The PFH02 extends the PFH Series for medium dosing volumes and offers:

precise dosing with ±1% accuracy
maximum flow rate up to 1178 mL/min
stable pumping performance at higher flow rates

It is ideal for applications where higher volume outputs are required while maintaining consistently high dosing precision.
