Description
The GCP‑50 Series solenoid metering pumps were developed for highly precise quantitative dosing of small volumes of liquids. The metering pump operates electromagnetically and is particularly easy to control—simply by switching the DC power supply on and off.
The adjustable dosing volume from 5 to 50 µL per stroke is set via an adjustment screw that changes the position of the moving plunger. Depending on the model, versions with 10–50 µL per stroke or 5–50 µL per stroke are available. Repeatability (CV) is typically 2% in the range of 21–50 µL and up to 5% at smaller dosing volumes, depending on operating conditions. This makes these micropumps well suited for precise micro‑dosing tasks.
A membrane‑based sealing concept combined with duckbill check valves ensures reliable pumping performance and excellent chemical resistance. Depending on the model, the wetted materials consist of PPS, PEEK, PFA, or PP, as well as EPDM, FKM, FFKM, or PTFE for diaphragms and valves.
