Description
The customer-specific rotary valves offer new options for fluidic control in a compact installation space. Complex systems can be implemented with multi-stage valve head configurations. Furthermore, this makes it possible to combine several rotary valves in a single valve. This saves installation space and costs.
With the very precise production of highly resistant materials such as Teflon, a low internal volume and carry-over volume is achieved. The systems have no dead volume with channels from 0.5mm.
Examples of customized solutions
2 x 6-Port-Switch-Valve
This is an example of two 6-port rotary valves in a valve head that are moved simultaneously.
The common rotor is controlled by a motor and switches the 6-port valves, arranged one above the other, in a valve head.
4x On/Off valve
In order to reduce the installation space and to enable simultaneous switching operations, up to 4 on-off valves can be integrated in one head.
These 4 on-off valves can be controlled alternately, but independently of each other, with a single motor.
